Webvilus provides digital services including but not limited to web design, development, and marketing. The scope of each project will be defined in a separate agreement, quote, or invoice provided to the client.
2. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and timely information, content, and feedback needed to complete the project
- Make payments according to the agreed schedule
- Review and approve deliverables within a reasonable timeframe
3. Payments
- A deposit may be required before work begins, as specified in your project agreement or invoice.
- Full payment is due upon completion of the project unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Late payments may result in a pause of ongoing work.
4. Intellectual Property
- Upon full payment, clients receive ownership rights to the final deliverables created specifically for their project.
- Webvilus retains the right to showcase completed work as case studies or examples of our services, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Any third-party assets (stock images, plugins, themes, etc.) used in the project remain subject to their respective licenses.
5. Revisions
Each project includes a set number of revisions as outlined in the project agreement. Additional revisions beyond this scope may incur extra charges.
6. Limitation of Liability
Webvilus is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate an ongoing project with written notice. In such cases, refunds (if applicable) will be handled according to our Refund Policy.
8. Domain & Hosting Ownership
Any domain names or hosting accounts purchased as part of a project shall be registered in the client's name and under the client's ownership, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing. Webvilus acts solely as a service provider and does not retain ownership of client domains or hosting accounts.
The client is solely responsible for the legality of content, products, or services hosted on their website. Webvilus does not verify or endorse the legal compliance of client business activities and reserves the right to decline or terminate services if illegal activity is suspected.
9. Client Verification
New clients may be asked to provide identification or business verification documentation before project commencement. This helps protect both parties and ensures a transparent working relationship.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
